Rebecca is an experienced occupational therapist with a special interest in adult and perinatal mental health. Since completing her degree at the University of Newcastle in 2012, she has worked across hospital and community settings in both physical and mental health. Rebecca brings warmth, insight, and over twelve years of experience to her work with clients navigating a wide range of mental health and functional challenges.

She supports adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, autism, ADHD, and difficulties with daily functioning. Rebecca also has a particular interest in working with women in the perinatal period, including mothers with established mental health diagnoses, neurodivergence, or those facing challenges adjusting to parenthood. She is passionate about helping her clients build confidence in their parenting roles, establish sustainable routines, and find greater satisfaction in daily family life.

Her approach is grounded in practical, achievable strategies that reduce overwhelm and support nervous system regulation. She also provides tailored support for sensory processing differences – helping individuals to feel more regulated as they engage in the activities that are meaningful to them.

Rebecca’s practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, focused on empowering individuals to reconnect with meaningful activities and build a life that reflects their values.

Outside of work, she enjoys getting outdoors and keeping up with her two energetic young boys.
