    What is the waiting period for an appointment?

    The waiting period for an appointment depends on the service and the clinician. Most therapy appointments are available immediately. Psychiatry and psychology assessment appointments, including ADHD assessments, typically will occur within several months, if not earlier.

    Is the online platform secure?

    Yes, our platform is highly secure. We utilize a Telehealth platform that is compliant with HIPAA and Australian privacy laws. Additionally, all our systems are protected with two-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure the safety of your information.

    Do you offer bulk billing?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk billing at this time.

    What are the fees for your services?

    You can find estimates of our fees on our services pages of the website. These estimates provide a range of what you can expect to pay for our services. For any that are not listed, please get in touch.

    Can I pick my clinician?

    When filling out the intake form, you can indicate your preference for a clinician. We take your preferences into account during the triaging process. However, please note that your preferred clinician may sometimes be unavailable, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    What is the booking process?

    To best assess your needs and match you with a suitable clinician, a secure intake form will be sent to you within 48 business hours after your inquiry. This form asks for details about how we can best assist you. Your responses will be confidentially reviewed by our directors.

    What happens after I submit the booking form?

    After you submit the form, you will be triaged based on your needs and offered an appointment with a suitable clinician. If we are unable to offer you an appointment, we will inform you promptly.

    Do I need a referral?

    Generally, a referral is needed to secure a booking and is necessary for obtaining Medicare rebates. It also ensures safe and coordinated telehealth care. You can send in your referral after completing the booking form. Note that some non-doctor therapists may accept care without a referral.
