Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a highly prevalent yet complex neurodevelopmental disorder that affects up to 5% of the population.

Despite its high prevalence, ADHD often goes underdiagnosed and undertreated.

At Pandion Health we adhere to Australian best practice guidelines so you can be assured of a thorough assessment and treatment plan.

Pandion Health does not simply screen and treat for ADHD. You can expect a comprehensive assessment of ADHD and associated conditions, so you can be confident of the reasons for your symptoms.

Alternative potential diagnoses and explanations for symptoms will also be explored.

Your clinician will build a management plan with you that is both personalised and evidence based. You will be provided with a letter detailing the assessment findings and recommendations.

    Step 2: Initial Consultation

Initial consultation with a consultant psychiatrist or paediatrician from our team of experienced ADHD specialists.

You will engage in a comprehensive assessment interview to evaluate your current symptoms, medical, developmental, and psychiatric history.

    (duration 50-60 minutes)

Note: Part of the assessment process may include a recommendation of involving a psychologist from our team. We understand the importance of comprehensive evaluations, especially when assessing for co-existing conditions commonly seen in individuals with ADHD.

    Step 3: Online Diagnostic Tools

Tailored online assessment questionnaires will be provided after the first appointment for review at the second consultation.

    Step 4: Second Consultation

Second consultation with your assessing psychiatrist or paediatrician.

After this appointment you will receive a letter detailing the findings, diagnosis (if applicable), personalized recommendations, treatment initiation plan, and educational resources.

This report will be shared with you in a secure and confidential manner.

    (duration 30-45 minutes)

    Step 5: Post-Assessment Support
