How is ADHD Coaching different from therapy?

Unlike therapy, which focuses on emotional healing and psychological insight, ADHD coaching is action-oriented and forward-focused.

Coaches assist clients in developing practical strategies for managing daily challenges such as task initiation, emotional regulation, time management, and productivity.

Coaching complements the multimodal management of ADHD and can work alongside medication, therapy, or other interventions.

Who Can Benefit from ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching supports individuals across various life stages, including:

Adolescents navigating school pressures, social challenges, and study habits.

University students striving to improve focus, manage workloads, and enhance motivation.

Adults and career professionals seeking support with workplace challenges, career development, or transitioning into new roles.

Parents working to understand and support their child with ADHD while managing their own well-being.

Couples and families aiming to improve communication and strengthen relationships

No formal ADHD diagnosis is required to access coaching services, making this support more inclusive and accessible.

Session Details

ADHD coaching sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom, with each session lasting one hour.

After the initial consultation, clients often schedule sessions weekly or fortnightly, depending on their goals and needs.

Over time, many transition to monthly or drop-in sessions as they make progress.

Studies show significant outcomes can be achieved with consistent coaching over six months.
