Tash is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who completed her studies at the University of New South Wales. She has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across a diverse range of hospital and community settings.
Throughout her career, Tash has worked in a range of roles, including community and inpatient mental health, after-hours emergency department crisis response, aged care, and inpatient perinatal mental health at the Naamuru Parent and Baby Unit (RPAH). She currently works in the community, supporting families living with diagnosed mental illness in the perinatal period.
Tash feels it is a privilege to work alongside individuals and families navigating challenges and rebuilding their sense of wellbeing. Her approach is trauma-informed, warm, and collaborative. She believes that everyone has strengths and inner resources, and that therapy can help people reconnect with these to build confidence and move forward in life.
Tash draws on a range of therapeutic modalities and works holistically, tailoring her approach to each person’s individual experiences, presenting circumstances, and broader context.
