Dr Hindman is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr Hindman is dedicated to evidence-based clinical practice while providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment tailored to individual client needs and goals. She works collaboratively to develop personalised treatment plans with consideration of psychological, neuropsychological, and social well-being.
Alongside her telehealth practice, Dr Hindman leads a clinical and research centre within the child protection sector, focusing on the development and evaluation of support programs tailored for Aboriginal children and young people. Dr Hindman is also involved in curriculum development and the teaching and supervision of postgraduate clinical and research students. She holds the position of Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Southern Cross University.
Outside of her professional commitments, Emily enjoys spending time in nature, including her garden, engaging in personal learning on varied topics of interest, and connecting with those close to her.
