See a specialist within 1–2 weeks. Get it done properly.
Pandion Health is a specialist ADHD service led by FRACP-qualified paediatricians and FRANZCP-qualified psychiatrists — the same clinicians you would see in a public or private clinic setting, accessible from home via telehealth.
We assess children, teens, and adults across Melbourne and all of Victoria. Appointments typically available within 1–2 weeks.
Sound familiar?
For parents
Your child’s teacher has raised concerns more than once. Or you’ve watched a bright, capable kid struggle for years and sensed something more was going on. You want a thorough, expert assessment — not a rushed appointment with someone who’s never met your child.
For adults
You’ve spent years wondering why your brain works differently. You’ve read about ADHD and something clicked. You want a proper diagnosis from a qualified specialist — not a checkbox exercise that takes thirty minutes.
For teens
School feels harder than it should. Concentrating, staying organised, finishing things — it takes more effort than it seems to for everyone else. You deserve to understand why.
If any of this sounds like you or your child, you’re in the right place.
Pandion’s FRACP and FRANZCP-qualified clinicians take the time to get it right.
Why Pandion — and Why It Matters
ADHD telehealth has grown rapidly in Australia. Not all of it is equal. At Pandion, every assessment is conducted by a FRACP-qualified paediatrician or FRANZCP-qualified psychiatrist — specialists with the depth to distinguish ADHD from anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, autism, and learning difficulties.
We take the time to get it right. That means our assessments are thorough enough for school funding applications, workplace accommodations, and ongoing specialist care.
And it means we sometimes conclude that ADHD is not the right diagnosis — and we’ll tell you clearly why, and what comes next. This is not a checkbox. It’s a proper clinical assessment.

FAQs: Online ADHD Assessment & Treatment in Melbourne
Our pathway is 100% telehealth: digital intake & rating scales, two video telehealth sessions with an ADHD-specialist doctor, a comprehensive report, and an e-script sent direct to you if clinically indicated.
For safe care, we’ll typically ask you to complete some screening tests with your GP between appointments (we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed and guide the process).
Our team will help you obtain the referral in time for your appointment.
Please note: Occasionally, if symptoms are very complex or there are significant co-occurring concerns, we may recommend additional appointments. Our clinicians will discuss this openly with you.
During treatment, you may need follow-up reviews while your specialist optimises your plan. Follow-up appointments also attract Medicare rebates. Some adjustments can be managed by your GP; others are better handled by your specialist — decided case-by-case.
Sometimes symptoms are better explained by anxiety, depression, sleep issues, trauma, autism, learning differences or other conditions.
If ADHD isn’t diagnosed, we’ll explain why and outline next steps — we also treat all common comorbidities.
Every ADHD assessment must be independent. Your prior assessment is often very helpful and may shorten the clinical work-up; when it does, we can apply the saved time as credit toward follow-up visits or non-medical supports.
When clinically appropriate and in line with Victorian regulations. e-Scripts are sent to you typically within 1–3 business days after your assessment plan is finalised.
We gladly hand over to accepting GPs (co-prescribing or ongoing management) & we can also continue specialist reviews if you prefer.
We offer ASD assessment packages. If you suspect ADHD and ASD together, mention this in the intake and we’ll advise on the best pathway.
We frequently evaluate learning differences & other neurodevelopmental presentations, or liaise with trusted partners where another specialty is best.
