Why Pandion

A service you can refer to with confidence

ADHD telehealth has expanded rapidly in Australia. Not all of it meets the standard your patients deserve. At Pandion, every assessment is conducted by a FRACP-qualified paediatrician or FRANZCP-qualified psychiatrist — specialists with the clinical depth to distinguish ADHD from anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, autism, and learning difficulties.

We take the time to get it right. Our assessments are thorough enough for school funding applications, workplace accommodations, and ongoing specialist care.

And when ADHD is not the right diagnosis, we will tell you clearly — and outline what comes next. This is not a checkbox. It is a proper clinical assessment.

For Your Records

What comes back to you

Following your patient’s assessment, you will receive a comprehensive written report and management plan. This includes:

Diagnostic formulation — confirmed diagnosis or clear explanation of why ADHD is not indicated

Medication recommendations and prescribing plan where clinically appropriate

Co-occurring condition findings and recommended next steps

Recommendations for ongoing care — including shared care arrangements or handback to you

Guidance for school, workplace, or other accommodation needs where relevant

Turnaround: Reports are sent promptly following your patient’s assessment. If a complex presentation requires additional clinical consideration, we will communicate with you directly.
Shared Care

Co-prescribing and ongoing management

We are committed to working alongside you, not around you. Following assessment, Pandion can continue specialist reviews as needed — or, where you are comfortable taking on ongoing management, we will hand care back with a full clinical summary and support the co-prescribing arrangement in line with state and territory regulations.

The arrangement is decided case by case, based on clinical complexity and your patient’s preference. We will always communicate openly with you on complex or evolving presentations.
