Online ADHD Coaching

Free discovery calls available. Expert ADHD coaches supporting adults, teens and families to find clarity, focus, and momentum — with funded sessions available for eligible clients.

ADHD coaching at Pandion Health is practical, forward-looking support for people with ADHD who want more structure, more follow-through and less friction in daily life. Sessions are online, anywhere in Australia.

Every coach offers a free 20 to 30 minute discovery call and direct online booking. Many clients are eligible for government funding support, and no formal ADHD diagnosis is required to start.

New to the idea? Our guide to what ADHD coaching is and how it helps, written by one of our coaches, covers how it works, how it differs from therapy, and who it suits. What follows here is how coaching runs at Pandion and what it costs.

What coaching helps with

  • Task initiation and reducing procrastination
  • Time management and building structure that holds
  • Emotional regulation and impulsivity
  • Goal setting and follow-through
  • Communication and relationships
  • Study and workload for students, and workplace demands for professionals

Coaching is action-oriented rather than insight-oriented. It works alongside therapy and medication, and it also works on its own.

How coaching works at Pandion

1. Free discovery call, 20 to 30 minutes

A no-cost conversation with a coach to talk through what you want to change, how coaching works, and whether it’s the right fit. It’s also where we check whether you’re eligible for funding. There’s no obligation to continue.

2. Initial coaching sessions

Usually weekly or fortnightly by secure video. Early sessions focus on working out where the friction actually is, which is often not where people expect, and building a small number of strategies that survive contact with a real week.

3. Ongoing support

Many clients move to monthly or check-in style coaching once things are running. Between sessions you may also have access to text or email check-ins, which is often what keeps a plan alive between appointments.

Funding and cost

Employment Assistance Fund

Many working clients are eligible for reimbursement through the Australian Government’s Employment Assistance Fund, administered by JobAccess. Specialised support for people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities is currently capped at $1,770.44 per employee.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are 14 or over and an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Work or run a business for at least 8 hours a week
  • Have documentation of an ADHD diagnosis

Our coaches can act as your EAF nominee and take you through the application. Contact us to check whether you’re eligible.

Other options

Discounted coaching packages are available for university students, parents and professionals looking for longer-term support. Current coaching fees are on our pricing page.

Coaching is not a Medicare-rebatable service. If cost is the deciding factor, raise it on the discovery call and we’ll be straight with you about what’s realistic.

Who we work with

  • Adolescents managing school pressure, social life and motivation
  • University students building focus, structure and workload management
  • Adults and professionals managing careers, households and transitions
  • Parents supporting a child with ADHD while holding their own life together
  • Couples and families working on communication and mutual understanding

Coaching is available with or without a formal diagnosis, though some funding options require documentation of one.

Our ADHD coaches

Our coaches are trained, neurodiversity-affirming, and experienced across a range of presentations and life stages. Each one offers online sessions, practical strengths-based support, a free discovery call and direct booking.

Coaching alongside assessment and treatment

Coaching is one part of ADHD management rather than an alternative to the rest of it. Because Pandion provides assessment, psychiatry, psychology and coaching under one service, your coach can work alongside the clinicians who assessed or treat you, rather than starting from nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a diagnosis to access ADHD coaching?

No. Coaching is available with or without a formal diagnosis. Some funding options, including the Employment Assistance Fund, do require documentation of one.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?

Therapy generally works on emotional difficulty and insight. Coaching is practical and forward-looking, focused on organisation, planning, communication and getting things started. Many people find they want both, at different times or at the same time.

How much does ADHD coaching cost?

Current fees are on our pricing page. Coaching is not Medicare-rebatable, but many working clients are eligible for Employment Assistance Fund reimbursement, and discounted packages are available for students, parents and professionals.

What is the Employment Assistance Fund?

An Australian Government scheme administered by JobAccess that reimburses the cost of workplace support for people with disability, including specialised support for people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities, currently capped at $1,770.44 per employee. Our coaches can act as your nominee and help with the application.

Can I access coaching alongside psychiatry or therapy?

Yes, and many clients do. Coaching also works on its own.

How often are sessions?

Usually weekly or fortnightly to begin with, moving to monthly or check-in style once things are established. Some coaches also offer text or email check-ins between sessions.

How do I book a discovery call?

Book directly online, browse our coaches and book with one of them, or contact us for help choosing.
